Responsibilities:

• Optimize engineering standards, tools and processes

• Produce high quality results by leading and contributing to cross-functional projects

• Take ownership of resources or systems and proactively define your long-term goals and objectives

• Create and maintain scalable, well-documented stacks

• Identify errors and fix bugs in software applications

• Update, test and deploy software using the latest features

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a software developer

• Knowledge of the Golang and dGo standard library, concurrency primitives, testing tools and practices

• Libp2p skills or any other P2P network stack

• Extensive knowledge of industry best software development practices

• Experience in consensus protocols, distributed hash tables, log replication and P2P networking

• Knowledge of Codecs: Streaming and Compression Algorithms

• Familiarity with compilers: Assembly languages ​​and Virtual Stack Machines

• General blockchain knowledge: Ethereum and EVM fundamentals, IPFS, Libp2p, etc.

• Show interest in Proof-of-Stake, Consensus Algorithms, Decentralization, Public Key Cryptography, and related topics

• Fluency in English
